UI/UX Motion Designer - After Effects - £54/hr (Inside IR35) - Warwickshire / Hybrid potential - 8 Months (potential for yearly renewal)

The motion interaction designer is responsible for bringing life to the UX/UI vision through creative use of motion, interaction, choreography and transitions that create cohesion and delight within the digital experience. The motion designer will be primarily involved in defining how motion brings life to the UI but will also lend their skills as a means of communicating concepts and demonstrating the vision to key stakeholders.

Key accountabilities
- Create and implement motion design systems, animations, transitions and micro interactions into the design of HMI and UI UX content across various digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with UI and UX designers to translate static design content into dynamic intuitive experiences
- Work closely with technical teams and SW developers to ensure dynamic content is optimised and feasible.
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple interactions within digital experiences
- Liaise and co-ordinate with creative operations, programme management and business operations teams to ensure content delivery timing can be supported.
- Stakeholder management across interdependent design functions

Essential skills:
- Experience creating animations/motion graphics in After Effects
- Storyboarding/sketching
- Defining motion/animation styles and behaviours for handover documentation

Critical capabilities:
- Excellent interaction design experience gained in agency and corporate settings
- Demonstrable experience of delivering motion and interaction design solutions across multiple digital applications, screen sizes and devices.
- Understanding of animation design principles & timing, easing etc.
- Deep knowledge of interaction design.
- Strong proficiency in After Effects, principle, framer, etc.
- 3d skills in cinema4d, blender etc., preferable.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as html, css, java etc.
- Experience of prototype builds and iterative improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to present complex information to all levels within the business
- Comfortable working across different cultures, geography and time zones.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced design environment.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Min 3 years motion graphics experience

Duties:
Within the Central Systems Integration team, the System Integration Lead Engineer is accountable for the maturation and delivery of customer features into current and future Vehicle programmes to sign-off level in line with programme gateways. Working across the business functions, all cross-functional delivery steps to deliver the features must be understood and communicated to domains as time-based goals to co-ordinate their integration into vehicles and test assets. Working with the delivery domains in Agile methodology, System Integration Lead Engineer ensures that all elements of feature and system implementation happen in a timely manner, spotting any threats that arise, removing roadblocks and resolving any cross-functional disconnects to allow the plan to succeed.

To support transparency of status to the wider business, the System Integration Lead Engineer is responsible for maintaining the Mainline Integration Plan (MIP) within the JIRA toolset, co-ordinating inputs and producing the weekly consolidated Integration Report. Together these provide all stakeholders with full view of plans for feature and function availability and maturity, so that functionality for vehicles and test properties is continually understood. The Role
You’ll deliver excellence by providing engineering support to all Power electronics testing on inverters and E-machines. You will be in direct technical engagement with the client, University academia and 3rd party engineering teams supporting your Lead Engineer in the understanding of test requirements in detail. As part of your role, you will ensure the effective preparation of Units Under Test, routine operation of test beds, programming of test cells & ensure proper installation and instrumentation of the unit under test. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities 
- Understand customer test requirements and execute the test cases with the requested test data
- Operate the key dyno test facilities on dynamic customer requirements with maximum test bed utilisation
- Understand diverse test methodologies and configure based on test bed capabilities. Analysis of test data and evaluation of findings to provide solutions and move the test activity forward.
