As a Joining / Manufacturing Engineer, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process, ensuring our joining methods are robust and efficient. Your proactive approach will be key as you:
- Collaborate and Influence: Actively contribute your insights and provide vital feedback to our lead Joining Engineer, BIW Process Engineering, and Product Development teams. Your input will directly shape how our joining methods become manufacturable under real plant conditions.

- Drive Digital Transformation: Use your data and digital Systems Proficiency to find opportunities for automation, create insightful dashboards for real-time monitoring, and perform sophisticated data analysis using formulas, macros, PowerApps and even AI tools. Your ability to harness technology will streamline our processes and enhance decision-making.
- Coordinate Manufacturing Excellence: Partner with the project team and coordinate seamlessly with Line Builders/vendors to advance each phase. You'll ensure strict adherence to joining technologies' buy-off procedures and standards, contributing to seamless production.
- Understand the Big Picture: Develop a solid understanding of how various interfaces interact with joining technologies in a manufacturing environment, and ensure parameters are perfectly aligned for applications such as adhesive, FDS, RSW, and more.

Virtual Build & Test Operations plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the virtual and physical worlds of product development. We manage a world-class Virtual Series Framework and are driving transformation across Verification and Validation strategy.

As a CAD Analyst, your primary focus will be on identifying and resolving CAD geometry quality issues that impact prototype build readiness. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to investigate non-buildable geometry, drive resolution, and ensure that CAD data is accurate, buildable, and aligned with our Engineering Bill of Materials (BoMs) and parts ordering systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties:
This role exists to generate and deliver high-quality interaction design for future automotive products. It focuses on the conception and design of user interface systems across the vehicle, including instrument clusters, centre screens, passenger screens, voice, gesture and other emerging interaction modalities. The UX Designer will translate operational and informational requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences that support the driving task and align with industry standards and regulatory guidance. A key part of this role is working within an established Design System and Figma-based component library, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
