Position Description:
The BoM Engineering team within Product Information is responsible for creating and maintaining the Bill of Material in the early phases of programmes. The team support Engineering within each Centre of Competence (CoC), building relationships with, and guiding Engineers through the BoM creation and management process. The team also perform a number of quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of those BoMs for a number of gateways within Programme lifecycles. The BoM Engineering team work on all current and future vehicle lines, across both brands and all manufacturing facilities globally. In this role you will be responsible for managing set up and changes to Bills of Material, challenging inputs where appropriate and seeking out information required to deliver a coherent and quality Bill of Material for both legacy and future systems.

Position Description:
The Test System Design team are a key service provider in Powertrain Test Operations within the Engineering Operations Department. The team are responsible for integrating complex prototype systems into the physical test environment. The team provide System Designs to the operational teams and outsourced test partners that form the Powertrain Test Operations team within Engineering Operations. You will be responsible for developing test systems to enable the development, verification and validation of future propulsion systems.

Skills Required:
- Experience delivering automotive projects and developing complex systems
- Experience designing and/or validating electrified powertrains.

Experience Required:
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in areas such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Controls or Systems Engineering.

Experience Preferred:
- Competent with Microsoft Visio and Excel.
- Demonstrate a `customer first? attitude through clear and confident communications.
- Technical expertise and experience of physical test facilities and preparation of prototype systems for test.
- Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master qualifications.

This is a role within Manufacturing Engineering. The person along with other members in the team will be responsible for creation and upload of labels in the line side printers. This role requires co-ordinating with Product Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure the Lables are uploaded on time for different programmes. The person will need to have good communication skills and a keen eye for continuous improvements to streamline the process where necessary.

Position Description:
Support the DES model generation from concept modelling to fully detailed mimic of the programme / system that meet the design scope, operating principals, performance metrics, safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and environment objectives.

- Support the system optimisation, cost avoidance, best practises capturing and sharing this with relevant stakeholders
- Able to work effectively with design teams to develop and optimise solutions considering multi-attributes within defined deadlines and time constraints
- Guide the process using a product knowledge and awareness of potential design constraints to ensure due consideration is given in developing solutions
- Coordinate projects and teams feedback of results as required through design / project reviews / DES Dashboards
- Support optimisation of the DES model against different model derivative mixes and operational parameters.
- Support the bottleneck analysis of the system and develop strategies to remove
- Support volume throughput increase studies and system what ifs
- Guide the process to adhere to the vehicle derivative sequencing and build to sequence rules

The Lead Integration Engineer is responsible for delivering Project and / or Programme Commissions, at Cell Design or Line Design scale. The Successful Candidate will lead the Design Integration; working closely with Tool Mechanical, Electrical and Controls Design, Simulation, Discrete Event Simulation and Layout. Co-ordinating delivery of the Projects, co-ordinating the System Design with the Customer Requirements, from Project Concept to Project Installation and Handover.
The successful candidate will be able to draw from previous experiences within one or more of the Design and Integration delivery areas (Design, Simulation, Layouts, Installation, Commissioning). The work could support Projects in all of the client’s Technology Areas; Body In White, Trim & Final, Paint, and Engines / Batteries / Drives.
